Whats your biggest/loudest/most powerful rifle?

Just thought it would be interesting to know what everyones most powerful rifle is, since I'm a fan of guns that go boom with authority :D. Since I only have a small collection as of now, mine would be my Mosin Nagant M91/30.

Powerful? As defined by what?

My Sharps makes a nice, satisfying boom, especially when it's stoked with black powder. It's not the most powerful rifle I own, but it makes plenty of noise.

I guess what I mean by most powerful is the amount of foot pounds your rifle can generate on average, with a little consideration to the amount of noise it makes ;)

My Rifles, in ascending order..
.22 Hornet, .222 Rem, .223 Rem, .22-250, .243 Win, 6mm Rem, .25-06, 6.5x55 Swede, .30-30, .30-40, .308 Win, 7.62x54R, .303 British, 7.7x58 Jap, 8mm Mauser, .350 Rem Mag, .375 H&H Mag, .45-70, and .458 Win Mag.

Most powerful? by fl/lbs? easy, look it up.

Loudest? without hearing protection they are ALL bad. with protection the 7.62and .308 carbines have a real bark. And the .350 carbine is in a class of its own

The .458 is odd, to me, I don't notice the noise, as much as the recoil...:D

My Boys 20mm anti-tank rifle.;)

Just kidding...actually it's my Sako {pronounced "Socko"} Model 75, bolt gun, in 30-06 caliber.

The loudest that I own and shoot are a 340WBY and a 300WBY. The loudest that I have ever heard was a braked 338-378WBY. It literally set of multiple car alarms over 50yds away. I believe at that range now, braked rifles are not allowed on the line at the same time as normal, unbraked rifles.

If you measure by the amount of flame coming out the muzzle, I nominate my M38 Mosin. Sumbitch looks like a flame thrower at night....

Bushmaster BA50 50 BMG.....

I just parted with it just before Christmas... I loved it but it was just too heavy for a man with back problems to load and unload..lol
