Whats the Ugliest Gun You Own

I don't think it is ugly............

bot the most "blocky and square" gun I own is a Glock 19. Most of my other guns are generally considered aesthetically pleasing - Walther PPK, BHP, HK P7.

You know, I don't own any ugly guns according to me, but if you ask my wife I have quite a few. By her aesthetic sensibilities, my H&K P2000 is the ugliest pistol I have... and my HK93 clone is the ugliest rifle. I suspect there may be more than visual evaluation going there.

IMHO there are few guns that can compete with a really bulky revolver, or even worse, a snubby. I'll be honest... most of the S&W and Taurus double-actions don't do it for me (although I have seen Aarond's D/A revolvers and as usual he has impeccable taste).

Didn't think this post would have any wings, but this is kind of fun. The rhino is a good example. ITS SO UGLY ITS COOL!!!! Kinda like an old miller stick welder.

Lets keep it going tho, this may be fun. Follow it with a "Whats the Best Looking Gun You Own"

I have a Kimber Eclipse, a Glock 17c modded, a S&W 625, a Socom II, a Winchester 3030 and they are all sexy. But this gun (which I got for cheap) looks like a flying wing and I think its gonna be something I play with more and more. Ugly and pretty are in the eye of the beholder.

Hell, my LCR is starting to buy me drinks,,,,

I'd say my JC Higgins model 88. Not what I would call ugly, since I also will only buy guns I think have a certain amount of charm, but not nearly as pretty as my two Smiths.

I'm sorry

but to the OP....

I do not think your CZ 52 is ugly.
Ugly is as ugly does.

I guess if it malfunctions all the time and shoots horribly, it may be ugly... but on looks alone, that CZ aint so bad.
In fact, I think it looks quite nice.

Maybe we should change the idea of these threads from "UGLY" guns to "Strange looking" guns.

I don't own an ugly gun.
Some here have mentioned some of the guns I do own that they think are ugly.
Who cares?
I didn't design them so what they think of them is between them and their wallets.

The ugliest gun I ever saw in my life was the muzzle end of a Colt Python being aimed at me by a very scared and very shakey deputy.

This is the dealer's pic, but it's my blurry ugly gun now.

Plastic grips, rail, squared trigger guard, threaded barrel, genuine black coating from the people who coat metal bakeware for commercial bakeries. What's it called, Ilaflon?

It's a Sig X-5 TAC TB. The finish is actually really good, although I have no idea which kind of Ilaflon they put on Sigs.

Nagant revolver. So horrible I cant bear to part with it. Whenever anyone asks me what the worst gun I have owned is I bring it out.

Your gun reminds me of a greyhound

I would agree, I also own a CZ like yours and now that I look at it it does look like a grey hound. They are such nice dogs.

Not a single ugly gun in my collection. ;) In fact esthetics is a consideration of mine when I look at a gun purchase.

The prospective gun has to be highly rated by other owners, be in one of the calibers I keep stocked (for handguns, that's .22, 9mm, and .45acp) and it has to be visually appealing.
