dont give em to the local PD unless they are asking around for such odd items as random piles of ammo and you want to be the model citizen.....
why is everyones answer always goto the nearest government offical...This is not a Random Gun....it is AMMO
and so you know id be worried about shooting them because of an underpowered round than an overpowered round.....the shell cant fit double the powder so a 40s&W is a hard one to overcharge by double dipping the powder....
If you wanna be safe then give it to a reloader with a digital scale and he can just check them to see if they're all uniform weights
