What semi-auto have YOU been most accurate with

When I got my first Pistol, Glock 19, I thought that I shot the best ever.
However, since I bought a Glock 43, in the short distance(5-8 feet) I prefer
the 43. But anything past that the 19 is my go to.

My father's Colt Govt model, when I do my part, will put 5 shots in one ragged hole about 2" at 25 yds.

I've gotten a 1", 5 shot group at 25yds with an 8" .44 Auto Mag. (factory stock sights and trigger, my handloads)

Speed at close range? best I've ever done was clearing 5 bowling pins off the table in 4.37 seconds, using a .357 Mag Desert Eagle. 5.36 seconds using the .44 Auto Mag.

Didn't even place third, but I was happy, those times are a personal best, as I'm not any kind of serious competition shooter.

I can (or more accurately, I used to be able to, :o) ring the 200yd gong on the rifle range, offhand, with any pistol you gave me, before the gun is empty (unless its a single shot. ;))

OK BubbaBlades I'm officially impressed. Was that your first shot or did it take you multiple tries? I consider myself an OK marksman but to duplicate that shot I'd need to use a .22 rifle and be shooting from a sitting or prone position. At 25 yards, with a pistol I'm happy if I can keep all my shots inside a paper plate sized target.

And I probably shoot best with a .22 Marvel conversion mated to a SW1911.

.22lr hammerli 208s match pistol, when i was in my twenties i could shoot cloverleafs with it at 25yrd bullseye. Sadly Walther bought the company and now uses it produce entry level match rifles and pistols.

SIG X-Series, Witness Elite Limited and STI Match Master, all 9mm; equally accurate. Using a sandbag rest, all will put five rounds in a single hole in a one inch bulls eye at 10 years.

Colt O1992 9mm 1911. It's amazing how accurate this gun is for me. The first day I was putting the majority of the rounds in the X and 10 ring at 50 feet. For me, that is darn good.

By far, I am most accurate with 1911s (as currently represented by my Commander sized 1st gen S&W 1911SC) and my full size CZ 75B. Medium and large framed revolvers are a close 2nd.

I just shot a full size Sig p320 the other day and was pretty impressed. I'd say I was more accurate with that than just about anything else, and was amazed at how little recoil I perceived.

I'm not sure why the recoil seemed so tame (other full size guns feel like they have more kick, to me) or the muzzle flip was so minimal.

I do know the trigger was pretty awesome and I'm sure it had a lot to do with staying on target.

Don't laugh at me too much but a Taurus PT111, not my favorite pistol but I can maintain 2" groups at 10 yards per 12rd mag.
