What pistols do you love so much you even enjoy cleaning them?

I gotta admit I'm in the enjoy cleaning group also.
Even my Kimber with the stupid paperclip.:)
I find it relaxing after a day at work.

(of course that is AFTER I put in the Tandemkross mag disconnect bushing and LCI filler. Easy to clean, easy to reassemble...what's not to like!)
Corona, how easy was this to install?

S...it really was a breeze. Almost disappointed it took only a minute!

Here's a link to the bushing for a Mark III 22/45

http://www.tandemkross.com/Steel-Ruger-Mark-III-2245-Magazine-Disconnect-Bushing_p_9.html

Scroll down the page and there is an instructional "how to" video. I watched a bunch of times just to get the sequence down. Frankly, it was the best $10 I've spent on this pistol!

There are other sources for the bushing. And I've heard good things about all of them. Went with Tandemkross because they had the good video, ordering was easy (also got the LCI filler piece at the same time) and shipping was quick.

Good luck! You won't regret it. Mags drop clean once you remove the mag disconnect, another plus, and no more secret handshake with the mag in/mag out business when reassembling.

Everything I own...otherwise, I would sell them and buy something else.

In all honesty, nothing I own (including Ruger MkII) is all that difficult to break down and clean.

None, but I clean them anyway.

I've been cleaning them 40 years, have everything to clean them easy enough & a good place to clean them but I don't enjoy it. That said, I don't hate the job & do it.

My Glocks because I can disassemble them down to the bare frame in 30 seconds with just a punch. What other semi auto can you do that with?

While I do enjoy the ease of stripping a Glock...there is one even easier.
That oddly, I don't think has ever been copied. Tool-less breakdown, and it had no screws.
Star 28, 30, & 31's, you would remove the slide stop and use it to completely disassemble the pistol.

They were phenomenally nifty Wondernines :)

Pretty much any semi-auto? I just had my M&P down to the bare frame the other day, all it took was 2 roll pins and all the internals pop right out all in one piece. Like I said the same goes for most guns.

Personally I don't enjoy cleaning any gun's, especially my all metal guns since I need to clean off all grease and reapply.

My XDS. For whatever reason, it cleans easier than any other gun I have. It has been frog lubed (just like all of my guns), but cleans up better than my Glock, Sig, 1911s, or my revolvers. Must be something in the finish...

Well, my XDm .45 3.8" Compact and my 9mm Shield. Sometimes, I will even clean them a couple of times between range trips. The S&W 1006 is fun too, but I usually only clean that one once after I shoot it.

I love handling my guns as much as I possibly can. Cleaning them is just another excuse to have them in hand. I love breaking them down and seeing all the components and what makes them work.

All of them.

I finally really really got the hang of assembling/disassembling my 1911s, so even them.

Nothing breaks down easier than my Ruger SR pistolas except, I guess, my CZ75B.

German Luger. It's an engineering marvel to me.
I'd love cleaning it, if it hadn't been stolen. By my wife's druggie son. :(

I like cleaning my XD9 and Taurus PT709. They are sooo easy and interesting. Also liked my Beretta 92FS, but she is no longer with us.... My S&W 22a is a PITA to disassemble and I hate how small bores are on .22's they seem so much more difficult to clean than larger bore guns.

My PAP M85NP has both good and bad. It is an AK style so it's really interesting and easy, but it's a .22 bore as discussed above PITA. Luckily since its an AK I don't actually have to clean it. Lol :D

My favorite gun is my Taurus PT92 AFS. It is sooooo smooth at everything it does, disassembles easily, and has fired flawlessly more than 4300 consecutive times.

Still, I hate cleaning any gun. I won't clean a gun with less than 500 rounds since last cleaning. I've let the PT92 go 900+ rounds. I'm tempted to stop cleaning it altogether to see if it would ever fail. But, it's my IDPA / nightstand gun, so I'll probably clean it one of these days. It's got 699 rounds right now.
