What one handgun do you want more than anything?

I am with Shane Tuttle, ANYTHING Les Baer.

But I would also like to get back the Remington Rand 1911 I carried in Operation Desert Storm. That gun I had rebuilt by our armorers while there. It was older than me, But it was mine at the time.

My absolute favorite handgun is my custom G20/21L I developed in 2004/2005. Its a blast to shoot in both 10mm and 45acp by switching out barrels and mags. I asked Kevin at KKM to take a shot at making a conversion barrel and when he did I had the first ever G20/21L.

Original Configuration in early 2005:

I spruced it up a bit a few years ago:

This thing will do anything from light loaded 45acp or 40s&w loads all the up to stought 45acp and some fire breathing 165grn 10mm loads producing 1,503fps and 827ft/lbs of muzzle energy.

I think the op asked "what one handgun do you want more than anything", not telling us what you already have.

But since you went ahead and flaunted it, I have to say: that is one nice looking pistol, COSteve. :)

Bren Ten Dual Master set & Jeff Cooper Initial Commemorative, as new with everything they shipped with from Huntington Beach.

A lovely older commercial Sig 210 comes to mind. I would even shoot 9mm in public if I had that pistol.

A .44 Special Triple Lock would top it for me.

Dream Gun

One that doesn't exist......

A Ruger Super Blackhawk with 12in Barrel with a 5 shot cylinder chambered in .480 Ruger.

It would look exactly like the one pictured only with another couple inches of barrel and with a 5 shot cylinder chambered for .480 Ruger.

Todays want is a S&W Model 41.

Just got a 9mm. It is a very useful gun that fills a lot of wants so I'm good for a while.

.50 Desert Eagle

Just because (can't afford to shoot something that cost a couple of bucks per round). Nevertheless, I would love to have it for my collection.

-Cheers
