What is on your handgun 'to buy' list this month?

This is one of my favorite games to play!

Right now, I want a .44 magnum Ruger SBH, 4 5/8" barrel SS with an unfluted cylinder and factory wood grips - they're purty!!!

A Ruger Redhawk in SS with a 5.5" barrel and Hogues would be cool, too. That's been on the list for a while. I see mostly the 4" models lately.

Also, Ruger MkIII .22 slabside competition model, 5.5" barrel, blued, with factory wood grips and fiber optic front sight.

Sig Sauer P239 9mm with Nitron finish, night sights, Hogue grips, and TWO magazines thank you very much.

As always, various missing pieces of my incomplete AR build:

11.5" barrel
YHM 5C-1 FH
9" LaRue rail
LaRue low-pro gas block
TROY M4 front BUIS w/ tritium post
Aimpoint Micro T-1 in LaRue mount

Just got a Yugo M57 Tokarev. Been trying to talk myself into a Taurus Tracker 22. 990SS4, but the S&W Mafia keep trying to talk me out of it!:D

Wow, I just got a Yugo M57 Tokarev today! I let it soak in mineral spirits all day, and it was easy to clean after work. Looks brand new. I can't wait to shoot it! :)

The CZ's are almost paid off,,,

I'm thinking that in a month or two I can start looking for that pair of K-frame S&W's I want.

I want a Model 14 Masterpiece in .38 Special,,,
I want a Model 17 Masterpiece in .22 LR.

These two revolvers will fill out my desired collection of rimfire/centerfire companion pairs.

Anything I buy after those two will be extras.

.

I'm trying to fight off a Smith & Wesson 4", Model 10-7, pencil barrel, in NIB condition with box, papers, and tools that my dealer has been tempting me with. They just put it in the cabinet and it just sits there, calling my name. Cajun....Caaajjjjjuuuunnnn.....take me home.....Pleeeeaaaassseee......They're mean to me here.

And my wife is no help at all. She says "If you want it, get it."

My wish list keeps getting bigger every month, I'll never catch up with my list...

But, I am still really looking for another near perfect condition 70 series gold cup, and a very nice 4" model 19 smith. Still haven't found ones in nice enough condition to actually seriously consider buying..

Picking up my s&w model 500 half lug 6 1/2 bbl job on Friday so I'm a little broke after that. Would like to save up for a Desert eagle or a FA 83 in 454 c next.

Just bought a Sig P226 in 9mm.. West German model..

Should be picking it up tomorrow, pending satisfactory inspection at my FFL.

Holy crud, is it worth answering? (8 pages???)

I'm looking at either a CZ75 (long time on the want list) or the Beretta PX4 for my next gun. I guess which ever goes on sale first. ;-)

Almost scored the CZ used (an 85 actually) ... thought about it and came back, it was gone already. You snooze, you lose right?

In the following order here is my wish list for 2010, all Smith and Wesson's: M-27 3 1/2", M-581 4", and 38/44 H.D. 5". Can only justify one, so I'm leaning towards the M-27.

Original idea with the 38/44 was to have it converted to a cut down N frame belly gun I.e. 3” barrel, ramp front sight, Extreme Duty rear sight, round butted, and stag grips with Tyler’s T-grip. After doing some preliminary research I realized that this could cost close to $1,000.00 + the price of revolver, so I’m afraid this project may be cost prohibitive.:(

Month?!

There's a recession going on and I have enough toys already. Some people are probably still spending more than they should (note there is a big difference between CAN and SHOULD).

Regardless, my long term radar is out for a CZ75 Compact in 9mm, Ruger Super Blackhawk in .45 Colt or .44 Mag with 7.5" barrel for recreational shooting and a fairly modern sniper grade rifle in .308. Wouldn't mind a Springfield XD45M with 5" barrel either for recreational + zombie attacks. :D

lets see.
Sig 229 E2
Springfield EMP
Sig p220 Carry Equinox
this is more like a list for the next two years. lol at least one of them

I'm looking at threes guns , and I'm having trouble deciding on which one to go with, my choices, sig 220, colt 80 series commander, or kimber ultra carry II. Which one weould you choose ?

My fun funds are gone now. All I really want now is a .45ACP and .22 revolver, both S&W's. But for now, all I'll be buying is small parts and ammo to feed the bastard children.
