We rebuilt schools that we blew up. Untrue.
Journalists are being paid so they MUST be lying. Opinion. Again, show me the false stories being planted. In any event, the stories are actually being written by US information ops personnel, translated, and the papers are being paid to run them. If the stories are false, that is a problem. As I indicated before (post #28) they are not. They are most certainly written with a pro US, anti-terrorist slant. Why is that a problem?
I ask for something to back up your statements and you repeat the same statements.
If you can show me convincing evidence of a false story or a school that was bombed I will concede the point. If simply repeat your original assertions, I will not.

you see gwb has to do a high stress job without the convenience of a personal hand maid like bill had or should i say.....mouthmaid not to mention bending over and getting it up the shoot from the united nations, who by the way want our guns . Which brings up another thought how can you be pro gun and against gw,the only thing gw is guilty of is kicking some ass instead of kissing alot of ass.
Prove the stories aren't false? I can't. That would be proving a negative which is impossible. To do so, I would have to see every single story and determine their validity. What I can do is read the reports, all of which that I have seen say the stories are NOT false. In order for you to prove me wrong, all you have to do is show me ONE placed story that is untrue.
Blown up as a generic tactic or to damage the infrastructure? No. Were some schools that were used as ammo dumps or strongpoints damaged? Yes. Was this a valid and legal tactic? Yes.

Face it man, when gw had a chance to personally kick some butt he chose to hide in the national guard, and your guns are in more danger right now under the guise of the patriot act and homeland security, than they have ever before been and you better believe it..

What planet are you from? How about learning a little about LOAC before you start deciding what is a legal target and what isn't. LOAC = Law of Armed Conflict
If a school or hospital or church is used to hide war materials in an attempt to shield them with the buildings non-target status the building loses its non-target status and becomes a legal taget.

Look, having been there, I can tell you we are not and did not attack schools, mosques, hospitals or whatever intentionally unless it was unavoidable. Partially because it's illegal but mostly because it's just a bad idea. If you going to try and work in a country you aren't going to go out of your way to alienate the population.
Why you seem to think it's important to believe that we are attacking non-military targets, I don't know. I guess it's just part of the whole illegitimate war thing. You want to call the war a mistake, fine but when you say soldiers are committing illegal acts as general rule, I take it personally. Especially when, no matter how many times I ask, you offer no proof of your accusations whatsoever.

Yea, I know the rules and they frequently change with each occurance. Some times its, take no prisoners simply to protect your butt and then again it might be capture um all, to get um out of the way where you can revert back to take no prisoners---know what I mean???

LOAC hasn't changed in my 19 years in the military. ROE changes with the situation, but LOAC has remained the same on this item for at least the last 19 years. Mistakes are made, but there are fewer as technology increases. People get pissy when a 500 bomb kills. Newsflash it was designed to kill. It's 500 lbs of high explosive.

The Second Chance vests are being replaced because they do not meet the military's own manufacturing standards. But because of huge shortages in body armor those same vests are still being worn by service members serving in the Global War on Terror, court records showed. I beleive you are wrong about the sales to the military
The DOJ is cureently suing Second Chance over the sales of the body armor to domestic law enforcment agencies along with law enforcement organizations and states. I find no mention of being sued or prosecuted for the military sales. Not to mention thay have slid into Chapter 11..lol and are even hoping to get more taxpayer money from a federal fund to replace the defective law enfocement vests.
these guys at armor holdings are weasels of the first order.

Different people have different opinions about the war. One person's 'right' is another person's 'wrong.' A lot of us might be better able to tell where things stand if folks at either end of the specturm did not create so much noise by trying to force their views on everyone else and drown out any disagreement - or even discussion.
