The closest I will get to a turret press is my old six-station Spartan, which allows me to size, expand and seat bullets in both my main-battery pistol cartridges without moving a die. I took the primer ram off and use a Lee Auto Prime; I insist on feeling the primer seat.
I won't have a press-mounted measure. I charge a case, inspect it visually ane then seat a bullet. I use an old Hornady Deluxe and a Lee Perfect Powder Measure or two, mounted near the press. They are all set for a specific load/cartridge.
Once I find a good load, I stick with it so there's rarely a need to disturb a measure. The little Lee 'Perfect' isn't quite that because it leaks a tiny bit. But once set and locked, they throw consistently.
I haven't fooled with the disk measures.
