What are you getting for HK Days?

Is the only difference between the hk45 and hk45t the sights and the barrel?
Seems like an extra $300 is a bit high of that's the case (at least for someone who doesn't have a suppressor, or any concrete plans to get one).
Also, how big is the grip?

Christmas is coming up after all, and I would like to have a 45.

I'm overextended I'm afraid. no HKs for me, I bought a bunch of cheapos for experimentation purposes and now am stuck with them for the time being.

I'm going with the HK45 Compact Tactical model myself
You're gunna' love it. I have the 45C (non-tac) and it's the nicest mid size .45 I've ever fired. To me it's softer shooting than a 1911 even though it's quite a bit lighter.

I'm hoping to get a USP compact 9mm. I would like to get a P2000 to match my 45C, but there's no manual safety available. Besides, I like the look of the USP series. Pure German over-engineering.

Yes. That, and the colored frame if you choose to go that route. You can also get the 'LE' package which includes 3 magazines. Those are more.

HK 45 threaded barrel is about $290 and the Meprlights are about $100.

Not sure where you're looking at a $300 price difference. A quick look at Bud's showed me:

HK 45 Tactical - $1,096
HK 45 - $992

A difference of $104.

I wasnt aware Aliengear came out with shells for the VP9 yet. Does the VP9 work with your P30L shell?

They have not. I have the Aliengear shell for the HK45 and my P30LS fits perfectly in it. The VP9 fits in it to try out but I would not use it for everyday CCW.

I must have been looking at msrp on the tactical (or some sort of special package). I was thinking they were more like $12something vs $9something.
I'm going to blame my phone for no particular reason.
That makes it even harder to say no to.
This is why I'm never going to have enough money to buy a motorcycle.
But this far north I could only ride for a few months, and I can shoot all year long.

Unfortunately, the only HK model that really makes me interested is the P2000, and it's not covered.

I'd prefer to avoid the proprietary rail on the USP and I just don't care for the other models covered. The P30, like the PPQ, is one of those guns that I recognize is universally acclaimed that just does nothing for me personally.

I hope the rest of y'all get some great deals on some great guns!

Day one: Purchased the P30L from Anthony Industries for 820 shipped. Minus 200...That is exactly where I want the P30 price to be.

Will post pics when it comes in.

Nice one! I paid off the HK 45 CT this morning as well. It'll probably a week and a half before I get it though. ACH transfer at Bud's takes like 5days to clear.

I wish this had better press lol.

I buy an HK USP45 Tactical and an HK45C Tactical for $2400. The next day I find out about HK Days lol

That really stinks! Where did you buy them? I am surprised the store didnt tell you!

I just bought a VP9 and a 45C about a month ago. No more new Hk's for me for awhile :D

I purchased the 45C used, like new in box, with four 8 round and two 10 round magazines, Trijicon night sights, and a CompTac Minotaur IWB holster for $900, so I'm not worried about not getting the $200 rebate because I got a great deal. The VP9 was new, but the rebate doesn't apply to it anyways. If it did, I'd buy a few more of them haha:cool:

Wouldn't it be nice if there was some newly discovered old "new" stock batch of HK P7s that would also be included with this coupon? Hey, a guy can dream ......
