Went to Wally world and they had ammo!

Yep, WM by me was also really well stocked the other day.

40, 9, 45, 223 , etc. strangely still absent was .380


I'm not one usually to be an ammo snatcher, but last week we were in WM sporting goods section, they had just got 4000 rnds of 9mm in.

A guy walked up, ordered a case and when I heard what his total was I discovered it was coming out to under $9/box of CCI brass so I snatched up a case as well. W/in 15 minutes that 4,000 rounds was gonzo, but as I said yesterday that had a ton of WWB in.
 
no such luck here, either, tho I had the same problem getting the idiot clerk to come to sporting goods ... I wanted .45 but they had none ... I picked up 50 FMJs in both .38 and 9mm by Remington, with tax was about $36 ... they didn't have any of those nifty 100-round boxes .. at least wally-world's AMMO is made in the US
 
I went over to Walmart today and the pickings were slim. They were out of quite few calibers and had scant reserves of the rest. The woman behind the counter said that it's getting more and more difficult to keep anything in stock.
