Which of the three pistols would you prefer?

I have a Walther P22. Flawless with the right ammo, a very important point. A good friend has a Sig Mosquito, and is equally reliable with the right ammo. My Walther likes CCI MiniMags, of course, but also digests Remington Golden Bullets very well. His Sig has a preference for CCI MiniMags, but that's about the only thing that has been 100% reliable in it.
I have no problem with Umarex pistols, so the Umarex Sig is kinda, sorta on my to buy list. I really like the look, the feel, and the way it shoots.

Threads are more fun with pictures, so here is
Old Reliable. ;)

I have thought about getting one of these to go with my M&P9. Any more to report about it? Are the Aluminum slides tough enough to handle a lot of shooting?
PS, just so everybody is on the same page, I already know that the Ruger .22 pistols (MK1, MK2, et al) are the Gold standard for .22 pistols.

I have not heard any reports of those with a lot of rounds through an M&P Compact 22 but I expect it will be a very rugged gun, at least as rugged if not more so that the full size. The aluminum slide should not be a problem - much better than the pot metal zinc slides. The review below may be helpful.

I would be shooting mine a lot more but want to conserve my .22 LR stash as replacement ammo is three times or more what I paid for mine.
