User Names. What does yours mean?

Futo Inu

New member
We did this a few months back, but an update is in order because of all the new members. So what does your TFL screen name mean. Futo Inu is Japanese for Big Dog (I think) - because I have a Japanese Akita dog, which is 81 pounds.

I'm thinking of taking on a new screen name - am considering DougFunny, SpongeBob SquarePants, and CamelToe Annie as possibilities...

1.)My handle was one of the nicknames I've heard for the M-16 when it was introduced in SE Asia. I shoot an HBAR and love it!
2.) I shoot lots of squirrels
3.) I hate little "useless" dogs. Gimme a lab anyday!
Please no comments from poodle owners (I know you're out there).

Uhm, gee! This is a tough one.

My username is... uh my real name! LOL
Son is my first name and Tao is my last name.

My screen name is probably inflammatory at best, but it is what I would probably say to a Bad-Guy if I was forced to engage him under fire... ( Get some - get some - get some.) One GIT for every Tap.
Verbalizing while under a massive adrenaline dump, helps me control and focus.
I know it sounds kinda weird, but it actually works for me.
JMHO.

Christopher is my real first name.
'II' is because some other Christopher grabbed the name first.
I'm just "Christopher" everywhere else.

The first time I ever posted was a response to something about education... although I couldn't remember what it was even if you threatened to lock me in a room with a loudspeaker blaring Gore campaign speeches until my brain exploded and came squirting out of my nostrils like ketchup from twin squeeze bottles run over by a 74 Buick going 90 miles an hour. It's the whole apple/teacher connection, although I have never recieved an apple from a student. I have gotten a few coffee mugs- perhaps I should change my name.

Mine was an old UNIX account name. It stands for C. Kurt Stropoli, my name in real life. The software wouldn't let me be just "kurt" or "kurts" (also old logon IDs) when I joined here; ckurts was the next one I tried.

When I think of it, I pronounce it like "see kurts"

at the time I registered, I'd just recently adopted my cat, Jack, who was turning out to be a sofa-shredding, snack-stealing, nap-mad, printer/speaker/CD/videotape knocking-over fool. somehow, "traitorjack" came out of all this, and it stuck with me.
