The One Gun You Would Never Let Go

I don't think I've got one I wouldn't sell. They're just guns.

I'm selling some of them now actually. Just time to reduce the inventory.

I'd sell them all if it meant the family not going hungry. I have yet to eat anything I've shot or shot anything that was trying to eat me.

My RUGER SECURITY SIX 4 IN 357 MAG. Surived two home breakins ,one divorce . health issues & job losses .New in 1976 200 YEAR OF LIBERTY.Shot the SNOTout of it over the years. It still shoots like the day it was new .I wish I could do the same.;)

My Beretta PX4 was a gift from my dad, and it was my first gun.

My Daniel Defense M4V1 was a gift from my brother, a massive investment for a recently-out-of-college guy who was just starting with a real job.

I will never sell either unless the health of a family member is at stake. I will do anything I possibly can to avoid being parted from them.

If I was forced to sell all my guns but one, I could never sell my Smith & Wesson Model 459. It was the very first handgun I owned, bought for me as a Christmas gift by my mother and father. It shoots wonderfully, is very well built, and can even put food on the table in a pinch.

My Colt Carbine sporter AR-15. Bought one NIB in 1981 for $500.00. Sold it in 1990 for $500.00. Bought my current one in 1993 for $1100.00 and swore I would never let it go again.

Easy...

Daewoo AR-110C.

I live in California. All my other weapons are easily replacable. But the Daewoo? If you didn't have it registered in 1989 (I did), it's not legal. So... If I sold it, I would never be able to get another.

My S&W model 36. I bought it when I was in the police academy in 1969.
I sold it in the '70's and later got it back on a swap for a 36 just like it I bought from another officer. It was the first handgun I bought. It was for off duty but I carried it when I was a detective.
I still carry it in the Safariland IWB that I used then.

My new Mossberg 590. I would sell any of my guns before my 590. Great for Home Defense and plain fun. 12 Guage is devestating and very versatile. Also I spent an extra $50 to Parkerize and Plate it, because I have intensions on keeping it forever.
