The best looking polymer 9mm pistol ever made is...

I'm cheating but I'm saying HK SP5k with SB Tactical "brace".... still technically a pistol! and the pistol grip is polymer...

You did say polymer? I think the Beretta handguns are the best looking of them all with the open top design, so my pick for polymer is the Beretta 9000.

There are many fine polymers to choose from. Plenty to fit a wide range of personalities. Although I can completely understand why people get turned off by 'plastic' guns. I'll admit, I'm not a real big fan of strikers.

For me though, I will likely never own a Glock. But that's ok. There seems to be more than enough people that do like them. I don't see myself ever buying a Remington pistol either.

Walther makes some very nice looking pistols and certain FN's have caught my eye. M&P isn't bad, just not high on the list.

My vote goes to the PX4 for the best looking polymer.

I would love to try the PX4. Hear so many good things. But IMO it may actually be one of the few guns uglier than my PPQ. :D

I'm surprised this thread is still going. :)

@GarandTd
According to the link, that STI DVC carry has an aluminum frame.....not polymer

Yep you are correct and I was so smitten with the platform I missed it entirely...

Here is the Guardian model and a NRA review...

The Guardian features a two-piece frame; the upper portion being Cerakote-finished aluminum, while the lower portion is made from glass-filled polymer. Like all the 2011 series, the lower grip frame has a squared-off trigger guard for those shooters still lost in the ’70s. The grip panels are steel reinforced polymer and are of the shorter, Officer Model type—STI calls it their 2011 VIP grip. The company claims the polymer lower portion flexes enough to soak up some of the recoil, but I have no way to measure or determine whether that is true.

But I believe all of the 2011 models are of the two part / metal / polymer construction Sorry if I led anyone astray.
