I got 35

How about you?

EDIT

I got 70% over 70% and came up Liberterian!!!
I can agree with this to a point... but I cannot abandon my Conservative ideals to call myself a Liberterian in earnest... :) ;)

A couple of years ago, I would have been right of Reagan, but circumstances have forced me in other directions. For instance, seeing my medical insurance increase by 40% in 4 years and all the crap we go through for the sake of cheap energy imported from other countries.

I'm a life-long registered Republican, and I got a 19 - just left of Colin Powell.

I suspect some of my liberal-leaning answers are the result of disagreeing with the statement because of the reasoning they gave with it. The pollster gave some right answers (no pun intended) for the wrong reasons - and those I disagreed with.

I believe that tying a good effect to a bad cause is as unethical politically as proposing a bad effect for a good cause.

All the best,
Rob

a 23 for me. that put me next to daddy bush. i think i will go puke now like he did. now, where are those Japanese leaders.

28... This test is misleading. They show a left and right. What about the Libertarian/Jeffersonians? I may lean to the right , but I am by no means a conservative. Where are the fascists in this equations? Try this link and see other dimensions of this political world we live in.

I came in at 36. I thought a couple of questions needed a "niether' option; I did not like either of the choices on a few of them.

My score was 18, but the test was retarded....

1. Generally, do you tend to trust or distrust government's ability to solve problems?
Trust
Distrust

A lot of you who feel you are conservative jumped on this and said you distrust the government.

If you took a moment to think it through, you actually DO generally trust the government to solve problems, since you're not out there solving the problems yourself.

You trust the government to help build highways, ensure vehicle safety, food safety, medical safety, bunches of things.

I distrust the government as much as the next guy, but the way the question is worded, you have to answer trust, unless you don't think it through, or live in a cabin by yourself in Monatana.

21. As a society, we should spend more money trying to find a cure for AIDS than for cancer and heart disease because AIDS threatens younger people.
AIDS is a virus. You don't cure viruses (we never have). At best, you treat a virus-infected person, and come up with a vaccine against a virus.

23. The breakdown of the traditional family is the most serious domestic crisis facing our society.

Agree

I fell in at 19 and I'm not even American. This type of quiz more than likely applies to the entire world.

Have a great day all

I scored a 31 but I don't like the test. The World's Smallest Political quiz is ok but it's not comprehensive enough and some of the questions are asked badly. Here's another test that's kinda fun to take:

It's called the Libertarian Purity Test. It's kinda lengthy but it's more comprehensive. I scored 124

I agreed with the reason they gave, but not the actual action. I think fixing things that affect younger people is more important, logistically speaking, because they have their lives ahead of them. But I also don't think we should spend hardly any money on AIDS, or any other STD for that matter. There is already a 100% foolproof way to not get an STD. Don't have sex, and don't share needles, etc. It is entirely in one's control whether or not they get an STD. Cancer or other actually contagious diseases can be caught brought about randomly, or through totally innocuous actions. You can get lung cancer just from living in the 21st century and breathing the polluted air. You can get an airborne hemorrhagic fever just by breathing as well. Those kinds of random diseases are what we should be spending out funds on, not something that can be totally prevented by just not being a moron, like STDs.

And anyone who rapes another and has AIDS should be charged with murder as well.
