Norinco Tokarev in 7.62. I can hear the groans but it's reliable, powerful(albeit
limited to FMJ), slender and comfortable to
carry. And the safety Tok owners are always
bitching about is disengaged in a flash with
a backward sweep of the thumb knuckle. Also,
given what I paid for it it doesn't break
my heart to see the bluing wear or an
occaisonal scratch. Points naturally in my
hand.

Seecamp 32 in a pocket holster, doesn't everyone have the problem of only shorts and no shirt this time of year :D Am I the only one who lives South of Orlando? Gotta love winter in Florida
Dave

I, too, live way south of Orlando and my everyday carry gun for most of the year is a Kahr MK9 (9mm caliber) because of this damn heat. On our cooler days, I switch to a Smith & Wesson 4013TSW (.40S&W caliber). I don't even own a Sig, H&K or Glock -- do have a 1911 variant, though.

Astra A-75 in .40S&W. Has proven absolutely reliable and is small enough that it has become a constant companion. :D

First choice is my Kahr K40 with 155 grain Hydra Shok JHP, IWB. When that is not practical I'll be carrying my Seecamp 32 in a pocket holster.

Greetings Members; My wife relies on her
Rossi Model 68 .38 Special stainless
revolver. She refuse's to carry my S&W
Model 60, for fear that her purse may
be snatched with the gun in it. I have
explained to her, a gun in the tote bag
ain't gonna do her any good!!!

S&W M12 Airweight, bobbed hammer, action job, Uncle Mike's boot grips stoked with HydraShok +P's (yes, I know it's not rated for them, but I don't think I'd survive long enough to damage it using them in self-defense scenarios) carried in an AKJConcealco IWB. Sometimes my wife's LadySmith 642 slipped into my front pocket.

Wife carries one of these three: S&W 66, Ruger SP101, Taurus 85UL. She'll probably standardize on the Ruger, but has not made up her mind.

Primary carry is Taurus M85 UL ti multialloy.

ALso carry TAurus 44 special TI(corbon ammo), or Taurus PT111 on occasion.

I have a sig p228 with laser grips as a house gun, which I may carry in winter.

I always carry a knife, either Microtech SOCUM(manual), BENCHMADE ACFK(manual), or BENCHMADE reflex(AUTO).

No CCW in NM, but I open carry a Ruger P90DC with a magazine full of .45 Super in a Uncle Mike's tactical holster sometimes...

If there were a CCW in NM, it would probably be a Kahr K40, stuffed full of Triton Quik shoks...

.45 Super... Fat and FAST...

When I carry, its one of three guns:

a Kel-Tec P11, a Star Firestar M-40, or a S&W 669.

The Kel-Tec is very light, and is almost a pocket gun. (I do sometimes carry in my front pocket in a Galco holster).

The Star M-40 is thinner, but much heavier. I carry it in a Galco IWB holster. A solid, reliable, and accurate weapon, but HEAVY.

The S&W 669 is bigger than either, and heavier than the Kel-Tec, but easier to shoot than either of the other. Not as heavy as the Star, and will hold 12-13 rounds with original mags.

I've shot all three in IDPA scenarios and am reasonably confident in my ability to use them well. (The Kel-Tec trigger is a bigger challenge, but it can do the job.)

It's a S&W Sigma in 9 or 40, with factory hi caps and Golden Sabers or HydraShoks.

When I am not carrying my Kimber Stainless Classic, I carry a Kahr stainless K9. Always carry a blade also. Right now it is a Benchmade Stryker.

Oh, I'm sorry, you said "carry" gun, didn't you. In that case, I would have to say Kahr K9 loaded with the "flavor of the day" rounds. Sorry about the mixup. I was thinking home defense for some reason.
