Supplies are coming back

During several previous shortages, it was very useful to alot of people to be informed about supplies in stock. Not everyone is as well stocked as others, or have as a comprehensive list of suppliers to check.

For those who do not have the time to continually monitor the supply sites AS has a running topic on powder/bullet drops. A couple of people are making a hobby about monitoring the drops and posing there. I hope the mods here do not mind me posting this link to another forum. If so just delete this post

I dropped by Sportsman today just to look, some 6 mm bullets and various others of less common use. Various bags of brass, did not note cartridge.

Not a lot but more than nothing before.

I think the brass manufacturers have all ramped up to help meet the needs of the ammo industry. Which means they’re cranking out 223, 308, 9mm, etc and have taken the more uncommon calibers off-line for the time being.

If you get a chance to read the history and company information in Norma's 2013 print manual, you get a real sense of how much interdependency there is in the industry. Norma has actually made some Remington brass at times and Remington considered buying Norma at one point. When one gets swamped, others help out by servicing as outsources.
