So what's your next handgun purchase?

I thinking about a "NO Hole" M38 S&W LW. It will be my pocket gun and I need a snubie. I only have one. All the rest of my wheelguns have big bores and big tubes, which is not a bad thing.

Best Compact 9mm Deal out there

It was a choice of a Ruger P95, Glock 19 or a S&W Sigma. I shot several rounds through each to compare accuracy and value. They were all equal in most areas except in price. I decided on the S&W Sigma 9mm because it cost far less. I got mine for $299 and after filling out the mail-in rebate form, I will get $50 back and it brings the final price down to $250. That was $300 cheaper than a Glock! I also own a S&W 457 (.45) which is by far the best handgun I ever owned, but cost a fortune to shot it. Where I live, the price of 9mm rounds are exactly half of that of a .45acp. Why buy one Glock when you can have two Sigma's and still have money left over to buy 250 rounds of ammunition?

Due to the recent Presidential election, my next handgun purchase will be something I don't have to put on my permit. Namely, a Remington cap & ball replica. Perhaps also a conversion cylinder.

full up these days, but ammo costs versus range time says im looking for a 22lr. undecided, but will probably end up with a used buckmark or ruger mark III. have had the rugers before, but not the browning. dont really want it...so much as i see it will almost pay for itself in 4 or 5 weeks with ammo prices like they are.

For some reason I have had this itch for a Cobra Patriot .45; but I haven't found one locally, and I don't see one on either gunbroker or auction arms:eek:

Hopefully in the future these will be added.
HK USP Expert .40
HK 45
1911 .45acp
Sig P226 .357 sig and .40
CZ75 SP01 9mm
Beretta M9
HK P7M8

Kahr P380 (waiting for Kahr to ship)

Then I plan to go accessory CRAZY for a while...

Then sometime after that... Another Ruger Wheelie. Thinking of .44mag.

I'd like to get a Bersa .380 CC in the nickle finish as my next handgun. I don't currently have a good concealed carry piece.

I'd also like to buy a Taurus PT-25. No particular reason other than I used to have one and liked it for some reason. I didn't carry it, just thought it was fun to plink with and it was 100% reliable when I had it.

It seems November is the month in which I buy a gun; last year I traded up to a new SIG P-220 and this year it was a P-232. Guess I'm sold on SIG!

Looking down the road, I suspect my next acquisition will be a 12ga shotgun. Shoot Straight has a bunch of used Winchesters for $249 and I may just have to break down and grab one next week when I'm in the Orlando area.

Have a day. Bang Gunley

I still have 4 days left on my current waiting period before I can pick up my XD9, then 25 more days until I'm eligible for another purchase (I LOVE Maryland), but I'm already thinking about my next gun. I want to go with a .45, which would be my first. With my budget constraints, it would have to be in the ~$500 range, so I'm looking at a Springfield GI 1911, XD45, Ruger P90, or a Taurus 24/7.

And yet again, the top of my wishlist has changed.

I'm breaking the rules of my own post here and posting my next long gun purchase. :D

My well-placed informants have advised me of several incoming Dick's Sporting Goods gift cards I may receive from St. Nick. Seeing as how I can buy only ammo or shotguns at my local Dick's, I may have to purchase that Remington 870 I've been eyeing for a while...

My next purchase for sure is going to be a Ruger MkII .22

Been wanting a .22 pistol for a long time now but just never get around to getting one. They are so nice, great plinkers, I know my girlfriend will totally love it and on top of all that they are nice and cheap to shoot!

I've had my eye open for a nice used one but just haven't run across it yet. :)

In this order:
  1. Kek-Tek P-3At
  2. Ruger Super Red Hawk, SS, long barrel, 2x Lupold
  3. Beretta 9mm 92FS, SA/DA, high capacity mag
