Pair of Glock 23s and a dozen magazines,
A dozen PMags,
Lots of ammo (5.56, .40, .22, 12ga),
A 45-70 lever action rifle,

..and maybe a S&W bodyguard in .357mag.

Springfield Range Officer (to convert to .460 Rowland).
PPQ 9mm
Some flavor of semi-auto .22, either a Ruger or a Browning.
Glock 20
.444 Marlin lever gun.

As funds get tighter (darn collage) my list for 2012 may be very short.

If I'm lucky ...
Smith & Wesson M&P Sport
Cougar in .40 s&w
Bersa Thunder

If I'm not lucky, it may just be the Bersa Thunder, that might be what I can afford this year.

This will be the year,,,

When I finally break down and buy me one of the new Olympic Arms Wolverines.

I know it's not going to be a super accurate tack-driving match pistol,,,
But it will match by Buck Rogers costume very nicely. :D

I would rather have an original,,,
But all I see are way out of my comfort zone.

very short list

SP101 .357mag with a set of pink grips and a box of .38's so the wife thinks it's hers when we go shooting. The only down fall of this plan is that i having a problem finding the damn pink grips for a SP101.:o

DW-Valor / VBOB
OR
ED Brown- Kobra Carry in S/S
OR
STI- Elektra 3" or 3 1/2" S/S

*Then for a test drive b4 taking it to my GS for a defense/compat package (if sti) and a trigger job (if need be) & off for a Hard Hat Treatment.

Ive heard nothing but great, positive feedback on his Hard Hat Treatment as this will be an EDC CCW.
I'd love to have a melanite, tenifur or melanite type finish if u catch my drift but, haven't ever seen a pic on any of my forums of a 1911 having a glock/SA XD type finish on it. I know the glocks I carried on-duty all held up better than anything else Ive ever owned or own now beside the glocks I have so, it makes sence to me to have that kind of finish to it post-purchase. I pretty much know my choices r good quality so maybe a trigger job at most but dout it as they'll prob be fine as it but i want clean S/S with minimal slide graffix or whatever u call it (logos, model name, the type of 1911-a1) o want it nice n bare. I can live with a manuf's mark if minimal n nothing big or long but thays it. I have my own plan for slides sides. Itll be kewl. Trust me. Ill show n tell when done, on here too.
But knowing my OCD to detail itll be a long road b4 finding my 1911 but patience is a virtue n i am ok with waitin a couple months to find or order what "I" want. Not what the Lgs wants me to have. I always get the firearm I want and especially deserved as I usually put in months worth or reasearch an backgrounding the product and checking out each n every review of the particular item so i jave patience. And its always paid off. Always hace gotten a gem n mot a lemon so something is workin right in my favor.
Well. Gewd lux in achieving everyones list for 2012. I sure hope mine as well as yours (Want list) gets fulfilled. Cheers n HALLY NEW YEAR. BE SAFE AND GOD-BLESS. JP

A single action revolver probably ..../ just because its something different...

maybe a Freedom Arms ( nice looking guns ) ....or a new Colt - in Nickel...
( .357 mag probably ) ...but have not really decided ??

1. Whatever my wife wants after her CCH class.

2. Ruger LC9 or some other "pocket" 9mm.

3. Kel-Tec P-32 for carrying in the pocket of my sleep pants.

Rifles:
Ruger 77/357
Marlin 1894 357 magnum (16-16.5 inch barrel)

Hand guns:
Chiappa Rhino (Stainless with 6 inch barrel for a range toy)

to be honest I am not sure about any of these other than the 16 inch marlin which will be a gift for my son.

The Chiappa and the Ruger are things that I would like to try more than things I plan to get. I do plan to buy a 6 inch barrel for my Coonan as soon as they come out.
