Smith and Wesson serial number search

S&W Model 19-3 4inch - Looking for year?

I just picked up a S&W Model 19-3 4inch and I am trying find out the production year.

Serial Number is 4K73xxx

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
 
I have 2 S&W would like help to find the dates:
Model 28-2 serial N292xxx
Model 39-2 serial A316xxx

Looks like both were built around the same time period.
The N2xxxxx range ran from 1974 to 1977. Yours is near the end.
For the 39-2, SN's ran from A295001 in 1976 to A385000 in 1977.

Hey folks, new to the forum and trying to date a model 64 I picked up at auction as an "extra" to a Smith R8. The serial number starts as AWH7xxx. Any help is greatly appreciated.

E. Sights- Adjustable
F. Serial # AJK7596
G. Model# 19-5
