Smith and Wesson serial number search

Guys I have 3 S&Ws that I wonder when they were made in.

Early nickel Bodyguard 38 Airweight 2 inch (no dash in the model number)
1J2xxxx

Early Centennial 642 Airweight 2 inch, also no dash
BKAxxxx (and that xxxx is a LOW serial number)

S&W M64 ALSO no dash 4 inch pencil barrel
D55xxxx

And yea, any idea what they are worth?

Thanks,

Deaf

S&W 686 4"

Hello this is my first post since I'm new to this forum.

I bought a 686 4" used in the late 90's. Serial # CAL10XX. It has the best trigger out of any revolver that I've shot. I would love to know the year this was made. I'm guessing 90's but I sure someone would know better. Thanks for any help.

S/W .38

Hi guys...
My Grandfather passed about a year ago. he left me a few guns and im trying to lear as much as i can about this .38 . Its not a Special, the S/N 4801xx Stamped on the butt. it has a 4 inch barrel, and .38 S/W OTO is stamped on the left side of the barrel... Can anyone help?

S/N 440xxx
38 caliber, 6 shot, 6 inch barrel.
.38 Military & Police 4th Change.
Serial would date in the 1920's.

Looking for info on S&W revolver. says 1898 and serial is 386XXX
Need more info. Is it a modern swing out cylinder or does the barrel/cylinder tip down to load/unload? Caliber? Round capacity?

Pre-war s&w 38/44 outdoorsman, serial# 421xx
Serial numbers ran in range from 38939 in 1931 to 62077 in 1941 with a total production of 4761.

The serial number is TBFO 13x the O may be a zero
1987. The O is a 0.

1J2xxxx

1J2xxxx = 1983.
BKAxxxx = 1992.
D55xxxx = 1973.
All three would fall in the $400 +/- range.

Serial # CAL10XX
Late 95 to early 96.

Its not a Special, the S/N 4801xx Stamped on the butt. it has a 4 inch barrel, and .38 S/W OTO
Is it a 6 shot and does it have a V stamped near the serial number?
OTO = CTG = cartridge.

No V Stamped... 5 round. It breaks from the top, like a shotgun.

1989.

Old Top Break Revolver in 32s&w

Serial# 231xxx
Three different models used that serial number.
Is it a Single or Double Action? If Double Action then is it hammerless (No exposed hammer and a grip safety)?

S&W Model 60
s/n R257xxx
SN's ran from R220001 in 1979 to R280000 in 1980.
