anyone use this ammo? Is it any good as far as clean burning and not jamming? This would be just a range round

I've had no issues with S&B ammo. Years ago, it was the only 6.5x55mm I could find in the area, and it worked fine. I have a few boxes of .308 also, but haven't sent it downrange yet.

I have little doubt that it will perform as advertised

It is good range ammo. No cleaner or dirtier than the others and let's face it, you should clean your gun after a range session anyway.

In the 80s we had problems with S&B .22s as the extractor would rip through the rim. All the centre fire ammo I have used over the years has been good.

I hope the stuff works well. I just ended up with 350 rounds of .45acp. :)

Yes TylerD45ACP, I believe it is 230gr. FMJ without digging it out of the safe. ;)

clinically speaking

S&B is an oft-used brand at certain clinics I assist with.
Fine choice.

One of the very rare factory brands shot through any of my personal guns for anything other than just testing.

I've used S&B in .32 ACP, 7.62 Tokarev, 9x19 Parabellum, .45 ACP, .38 Special, .357 Magnum, 9x18 Makarov, .223 Remington, 7.62x54r, .303 British and 30-06 with nary a problem.

Have used for years in 32, 380, 9mm, 45acp, and 00buck in 12guage . Works fine for range and in smaller calibers 32/380 if you want ball not HP.
