Self defense ammo:
Well, I carry a Wilson Combat .45 auto (1911) myself and sometimes a Glock 21 in same caliber. I always load both of them with Fedraly Hydra-Shoks because they work, period... Have sent tons of rounds down range with both of these pistols and have never experience a single problem with this particular round. It is expensive to practice with high quality ammo like this, but I want to shoot what I carry for self defense. To me, this eliminates any questions regarding dependability and confidence with my SD rounds.
