scope levels

Some match rifles have both scope and metallic sights canted about 30 degrees to compensate for crosswinds stringing bullet impact to 10 o'clock with wind from 3 o'clock and 4 o'clock if wind's from 9 o'clock using right hand twist barrels. Their POI windage axis is in the true horizontal, vertical straight up and down.

What's the smallest 15 to 20 shot group one can shoot at 1000 yards from a shouldered rifle without a level?

Agreed, but that is the best theoretically possible.
If enough groups were shot, it would eventually happen just due to chance. It might be 900 Trillion groups, but at some point statistics dictate a perfect group.
 
That's a good point.

Especially for those who think the smallest group shot defines the accuracy.

Therefore, all scoped rifles are zero MOA ones but their barrels just don't last long enough to do it. ;)

Yep. Benchrest should have NHRA drag racing rules. You have to back up new words records with either the previous or next run.
