Ok anti-up time:
I can get $5000 to place in an Escrow account. We should organize a fund then use it as a down to negotiate a loan. Once the loan is negotiated we can make a bid. then All we need is the factory, and the plans. We do not want the *&* name. We negotiate with the employees and not thier union. (If I remember right thier union supports Gore). If they give us any trouble there is a 1988 SCOTUS ruling called BECK V.COMMUNICATIONS WORKERS. That states that any union funds that are used politicaly, can be requested by the union member as a refund of union dues. This is to stop a union member from having his or her money used to support a political cause they might not agree with. Needless to say most union members do not know about this .
As for my own position, I'll take anything that's avalable. As long as it pays enough to pay my bills. For about a year or so.
