I've used them many times. Maybe 3 or 4 orders ago in the Summer I ordered about $1,800 worth of powder and primers. The box showed up nearly destroyed and I was sent 1,000 primers instead of 10,000. I sent photos via email. No problem I was told and was asked for specifics on damaged powder containers, etc. I sent that and received a corrected order a few days later. No problems at all and they completely trusted I was truthful, which I was. Great people to deal with and I've since purchased numerous orders since then with no issues.
