Reliability contest, Glock vs Sig??

I choose Sig.

I know that glocks problems are supposed to be corrected but I still cant lose the memory of my classmate bending down and putting his empty Glock 21 between his knees trying to pull the mag free. he had sweaty hands and the mag wouldn't drop free on it's own. SCARY! What if he'd been in a REAL gunfight?

The mags spring from the mag well of my sig and with a little flip of the wrist as I pull my next mag, the gun is in perfect position to receive it's recharge.

Sounds like he had non-drop-free mags. Glock makes 2 kinds of mags, the kind that drop free for americans, and the kind that don't drop free for the rest of the world. All should drop free empty, and I'd be suspecting the individual who was "bending down and putting his empty Glock 21 between his knees trying to pull the mag free" of being clueless about firearms before I'd blame the weapon. Exactly how does one push the magazine release while holding the weapon between his knees anyway?
