A simple, target-grade, mid-range, 148-grain full wadcutter, (no, not buffawoe, neither)!
At snubby distances, (certainly less than 50 yards that these things were used for in competition), there is no iffy results from a jhp. It has sharp shoulders, which act as a 'cookie cutter', low flash, low recoil, allowing a quick second shot.
