Reasonable gun control:Your views?

All due respect, most of you miss the point completely. Reasonable gun control is a myth, not because of you or I, but because it doen't stop the people it's supposed to stop from buying a gun. Does anyone actually believe that a criminal, when faced with a waiting period is going to give up crime? Or maybe an enraged ex-boyfreind who "cant" get a gun won't just use a claw hammer? Bottom line? theres no such thing as can't get a gun. Gun control is a pain for decent folks, its a joke to criminals. Again no disrespect intended. I just don't understand debatin so seriously a subject which is on its face so absurd. ERIC
