Pick the Range Master's new Gun

George, Jimmy and me are both too late for the recommendation, and mine is the same as his - the Glock 29. But of course it doesn't matter since you wouldn't have considered the drastic plastic anyway. :)

But why is it though that HKs are OK? - they're just Glocks with second-strike ability, manual safety, and a higher price - and as I recall the main objection to Glocks in the plastic, right?

Got a chance to shoot the Tarus .454 Casull
revolver. I was impressed with how mild it shot, due to the porting and gel grips.
 
I know less than nothing about Kimber, but you can NOT go wrong with a good 45 auto! Besides from what I've read and herd 3rd 4th and 5th hand Kimber is a extremly good gun for the money.
 
The Drastic Plastic, Futo? That would be the HK VP70M with its 1200 RPM Burst ability.
