Obama Does the Right Thing, others Should Take heed

That like electing the adult film actress of the year, her grabbing the award means she is an award winning whore instead of an ordinary one.

:)

Hey some porn stars are definitely better than others ....

:p

The Obama photo does not concern me at all. Many politicians wear the native clothing as a show of respect. Why is that ever a bad thing? I just oppose Obama because I think he is a totalitarian Marxist. 250 million dead by their own governments in the last century should be enough!

Down with Obama and his gun control ideas. Down with Obama and his smugness. Down with candidates that nit pick each other. I'm not voting for Nader but he blasted both of the dems the other day and especially Obama. Pretty much implied that Obama should be ashamed as a guy that used to help out poor neighborhoods and such. Now all he does is attack Hillary instead of speaking to the issues he used to stand for. I saw Mcaine, Clinton, and Obama in a photo together on CNN the other day. Mccaine was looking into the crowd and so was Hillary... Obama was the only one that was ignoring the people and playing to the camera. That's Obama in a nutshell to me.

Thus far, he has been running on his charisma and image, and he is doing a fantastic job of keeping that clean.

Maybe not. Questions linger over developer's Obama deal

The New York Times, updated 2:53 a.m. ET, Sun., March. 2, 2008

None of that stopped Mr. Rezko, a politically connected developer, and Senator Barack Obama from completing real estate deals a few years ago that resulted in the Obamas obtaining their dream house and the Rezkos buying an empty lot next door.

... Mr. Obama has conceded that it was a mistake to bring Mr. Rezko into his personal real estate dealings, although he has insisted that there was nothing unusual about the developer’s decision to buy a sought-after lot in an upscale neighborhood.

... Mr. Obama has said he did not know why Mr. Rezko decided to buy the lot.

... But Mr. Rezko’s involvement was important because the owners of the house and the lot had stipulated that neither could be sold unless a deal for the other closed on the same day.

Mr. Rezko, a longtime confidant and fund-raiser for Gov. Rod R. Blagojevich of Illinois, a Democrat, has pleaded not guilty to charges of extorting campaign contributions and payoffs from companies looking to do business with the Blagojevich administration.

So Blagojevich's bagman, who was fighting off creditors at the time, had a sudden urge to pay $625,000 for the "garden" lot adjacent to Obama's house.

What was that about Obama doing the right thing?
