Next gun?

I am leaning towards a nice .357mag. Perhaps a Ruger SP101 or GP100. But, I don't know when I will have the money for it.

I'm a user, rather than a collector, and over the years I've pretty much gathered up the ones I like to shoot.

So, I pretty much have what I want, and I don't feel much "want" for more right now.

I won't pass up a good deal, of course, but I'd be hard pressed to identify a gun that I really want or need at this point.

That all said, I know some people who have far more firearms than I do. They enjoy collecting them, and shooting them in many cases, but for me, I'm pretty much done for a while unless a deal comes along that I can't pass up.

Nothing. Barring any unforeseen circumstances that would require me to replace a lost or damaged firearm, I don't see myself ever purchasing another gun. I'd rather spend the money on feeding, supporting and maintaining the ones I have.

The ones that I really want right now are:

S&W M&P45 with no locks
S&W Bodyguard with no lock
CZ Kadet

All of these fill a role that I need filled (plinking, carry, and possible duty)

A S&W Model 34 with a 2" barrel,,,

I want a .22 LR snubbie to go along with my S&W Model 36 snubbie,,,
I like having a .22 counterpart to my centerfire handguns.

I told the "Evil Pawn Shop Dude" to start looking for one for me.

This will finish out the sets of handguns I absolutely wanted to own,,,
That doesn't mean I will stop amassing more handguns,,,
It's just the first "list" I made has been attained.

My next acquisitions

Not in any particular order

An AR based SBR
A pristine 2" Diamondback in 22LR
A pristine 4" Diamondback in 22WMR (I've seen one in 30+yr)
A 2" Model 15 in 38spl
A National Match in 38Super

I am currently saving to pick my S&W M&P9C out of layaway and will be looking around after this for a nice 1911 since I have never owned one.

What's up fellas?

Well, I'm getting another G19 shortly with factory night sights. Now, I still can't help but to frown with distaste at the sight of a Glock but that won't change my opinion of the G17 & 19, which are probably the best two pieces of shooting tupperware ever made.

Later.
