I'll be darned. After a couple hours of research, it appears that although Mr. Gingrich voted for the crime bill originally, which sent it to the Senate for the first time, he voted *against* its final passage, in the form of of "Conference report agreed to in House: On agreeing to the conference report - Agreed to by recorded vote."
