Need ideas for a new 9mm

Friend has a 226. Not nearly as well balanced as my 92fs. My Canik55-c is a great shooter but sa on beretta is nicer.

That is pretty darn cool.

I'll just rattle off my usual recommendations: SAO X5/X6, Pardini GT9, P210 of some flavor, HK P9S (ideally a Sport Group), USP Expert or Tactical, Walther P88. Probably some others I'm forgetting. The Beretta PX4 Storm is surprisingly good.

I agree with a few others try the Walther PPQ. Rack it back and feel the smooth trigger then keep the trigger held back. Rack it back about a inch and feel the short .1" reset. It shoots as good as it feels ;)

I got this one just to have a cheap 9mm to shoot at the range.

Smith & Wesson 910.

It's only got a ten round magazine (built during the "ban") but that doesn't bother me since it's a range toy. I only load 5 at a time anyway.

They do take S&W 59-series mags.

The 910 and 915 are great guns for the money. And they do take 59 series mags. I have a 915 I bought nib waaaay back when and have shot many rounds through it.

My favorite range gun, which is also my best carry piece, is the CZ Rami. That little gun is just a crazy, accurate hoot to shoot....:D
