Followed by a drink outside and a nice meal inside (deer fondue Bourguignonne)

The week after we were invited by the Lausanne police corp shooting club.

25 meters competition, 5 practice shots and 20 competition shots on the ISSF speed target

Again the 210-6 9 mm is my weapon of choice, with vintage military ammo

1st pass in 5 minutes

2nd pass in 3 minutes

3rd pass in 60 seconds

4th pass in 40 seconds

Result, 2nd out of 19 with 188/200 and 46/50 on practice, used to break ties.

And I made some money, as you get 10 Swiss francs if you score 175 or better and another 30 Swiss francs for 2nd place

Followed by drinks

Snacks

And food

Frog legs

Grilled beef

Garlic shrimps

Nice way to end the outdoor shooting season

Wow, such appetizing food. Most Americans seem to care little about really good food, or haven't experienced any.

Our nice private shooting club sometimes cooks greasy burgers. That's about it.
