Losing America's republic?

First you said:
it's ESPECIALLY entertaining to so often see the same people who preach about oberying the law in one gun owner bashing thread do a 180 and defend major and widespread criminality in another.
But then your said:
I freely admit that I and others understand some laws are good and necessary and even required, while other laws are pointless and even destructive and must be either removed or ignored.
And after that, you actually said:
I'm pretty sure that was rather my point: Some people don't seem to recognize their own hypocrisy.

Yes sir, I do believe you are right. Present company included.

I am not behind the times, so there is work around to gringos owning ocean from property, so what? The whole corporation thing is just sophistry and nativism (RINO's taught me that one this week, it's almost like racism but can be practiced by anyone regardless of color you disagree with). It is just as bad as an outright ban, maybe we should start the same thing in Florida as another source of revenue, any non-US citizen will forthwith have to start a Florida s-corp at the nominal cost of lets say 10,000 dollars to own property. Capital gains on that said property will be paid at corporate tax rates, etc.

Well, it's easy to bury your head in the sand, or in permafrost, as some here have done, and not pay attention to what's going on in the rest of the country. But the fact of the matter is, this country, on the whole has changed for the worst in the last 50 years, many thanks to the invasion from the third world. Disease, crime, illiteracy, illegitimacy, dependence on government programs and the accompanying explosion of the national budget deficit all can be traced to allowing the savages to flood the country. The problem often is that white folk in rural areas don't see fist hand the destruction so they think everything is just great.

Well, when the mongrels are done with the rest of America, they'll come to your little hide outs too and don't bother crying foul, because there won't be anyone left to hear.

Disease, crime, illiteracy, illegitimacy, dependence on government programs and the accompanying explosion of the national budget deficit

Bona fide American citizens can take credit for the vast majority of these accomplishments.

I think what drives a big part of this controversy is FEAR. Fear in many flavors.
Fear that our quality of life will diminish with this influx of people
Fear of the lawlessness that pervades some immigrants
Fear our country can’t handle the burden on its social systems
Fear we will lose our nation to some sort of Balkanization.
And many more but most of all….

Fear our government has sold us out and it is out of control.

I tell you this, I FEAR for our country.

Mike

What are you babbling about? "...it's almost like racism but can be practiced by anyone regardless of color you disagree with"

You are behind the times. And what has happened is not about any of those names you tossed, it's simply how a foreigner is permitted to own oceanfront property in Mexico. THE MEXICANS PASSED THE LAW, go tell them they're stupid for doing it, don't whine at me.
