Literally none of the suggested pistols are readily available at market prices here in MA...

Perhaps the way forward here, is to give members on here a/the list of guns that MA does allow.

That way at least the suggestions can be limited to include the guns you can get...

If I lived in that state, I'd sue 'em every year in small claims court.
Why? Eventually, they'd give up or you'd get a good NRA jury.
Then the Roster would be defunct for everyone.

I'd be surprised if that was a successful litigation plan.

1. You may not be entitled to a jury in small claims court.
2. Small claims court may not have jurisdiction over a constitutional claim.
3. You could get a reputation as a crackpot who sues every year in small claims court.

Not sure if it's on the approved list or not but the Ruger SR9E seems like a great budget gun. They were on sale for $350ish recently at Cabelas. Brand new.

I almost bought one. Seventeen plus one rounds of 9mm from a respected company like Ruger seems like a good deal for that money.
