List your Walthers

TPH .22 stainless
PP 22
PP 32 (2 of them)
PPK 380 stainless American
PPK 380 German NIB
Hope to be able to get a P99 .40, the new P22, and a GSP sometime soon. Maybe even a P88C.

Let's see...
American TPH, SS, .22
American PPK, SS, .380
German PPK/S, Blue, 9mmK, 2 digit SN, NIB
PP Super, 9x18, (I can even shoot it, thanks to RCBS dies)
P38, 9x19, AC43
P38k, 7.65 Para!!! (nice, no import marks either), NIB
P5, 9x19
P99, blue, 9x19

Looking for P22, P5c, P88, as well as another P38 in .22, ya know, like the consecutive pair that I foolishly sold off to send my wife to grad school. Also sold off another PPK/S two digit, a consec pair of PPK/S's in .22, a NIB P4, and the match to the P38k. Ah well, I haven't SOLD a walther in years, just buy.

Anybody out there know of anyone who will work on an American TPH??? I'm still in need of an extractor.

Any other info on the "made in Maine" rumor? Smith and Wesson has a small plant up there that does one of their 22 target guns.

Ed2 and P99......

This is what I was told by a S&W law enforcement rep not too long ago..............The plant in Alabama was supposed to be putting out some pretty poor quality PP series pistols recently. And because of S&W's help with Walther lately they were supposed to be stopping production in Alabama and moving it to Maine, which like you said S&W has somekind of production facility up there, and start producing a new, and supposedly updated, model. Its been awhile, but another thing the guy told me I can remember is that the new PPK was supposed to have some kind of beavertail on it.

I DO NOT know if any of this is true. Its just what this one guy told me and I just wanted to let you guys know about it.

Herr Walther................
My brother used to have a PP Super years ago. It has a slightly squared trigger guard doesn't it? Chambered in, I believe, 9x18 Ultra, or something like that? And just like you said, looked like a PP on steroids. Grip was pretty nice too. I also liked the external slide release. It was one of our first guns, long since traded off unfortunatly. As I remember it had an extra mag and came in a classic German flap style holster. It was a good shooter, but hard to find ammo.

Glockjeeper, that's right. It does have a squared trigger guard.

The ammo is really 9mm Police. It was developed from the 9mm Ultra round, but it's dimensions are ever so slightly different. The rounds are interchangeable, but I shoot only 9mm Police in mine.

It's getting hard to come by, but it's still out there. I wish I could get my hands on some Hirtenburg or GECO 9mm Police. About all that I've been able to find is Fiocci.

Herr Walther

Geco is what my brother used to get for it. It has been some time, like the mid to late '80s, when he had it. I haven't even seen the ammo either in a LONG time.

Just one. A black P-99 in .40 caliber. No hi-caps...but it's a great shooter. I like it! (wish now I'd purchased the 9mm).
