Knives. What do you cary?

I carry a spyderco manix, it is one of the sturdiest folders that I know of. It has a 4mm thick blade, a heavy duty back lock ( some say the strongest on any production folder), and a steel lined grip.
In my humbly opnion it is as close a folder can get to a fixed blade, while stil being comfortable to wear.
 
I carry a Kershaw 1550 Blackout. I got it for about $35 nib off of ebay.

An old Benchmade AFCK...the knife that put Benchmade on the map. It is still as good as new after carrying and using it daily use for some 12 years.
 
Alot of intresting choices out there. I've noticed that many of you are carying Ken Onion kershaw's. I've got a few myself, and i think they're one of the best value's in knives available. Its a quality knife, but not very expensive, so if you abuse it or break it, you dont have to feel bad about it.
 
Yep, sure do luv dem Kershaws. I carry the 3" rainbow leek. It sure is purty and even though mine has scratches from real world uses. :) Not much need for a big ole Kabar. Unless you are going to war.;)
 
thats a beautiful peice, you got there. Something to really be proud of. And judging by the sharpening marks on the blade, it looks like you use it. A big +1 in my book.
 
Right Front pocket: Emerson commander w/ wave
Right Hip: Leatherman Charge TTi
Right back pocket: Spyderco Endura w/ wave
Left back pocket: Spyderco Delica w/ wave

I used the blackhawk cqb rescue and escape belt to hold my cargo pants :)
(Although I'm still looking for another kind of belt..)

Sometimes when I feel like being lazy..I just bring my Leatherman Charge TTi and HAK.
 
Well it's not exactly a knife. Since I'm out in the woods a lot I carry my Rifleman's Hawk made by American Tomahawk company.
 
My knives. Made the pocket knife when i was 11 out of a plow blade and the skinning knife when i was 12 using heat-treated stainless. Havent made a knife for years but im working on my next pocket knife when time permits i shall make it! My old man makes knives and has some very nice ones, i'll post if i can track his knife box down.

CZ marked Kershaw Vapor. Got one of the very first one made.


I carried a CRK sebenza for a while, as I love Chris Reeve knives.// but was always scared of losing it.
Finally sold it off and bought a nice Beretta Bobcat .22.

Then got a Spyderco Police as a gift. Lost it!

So back to the Kershaw for me.
 
Cary knife

I cary a number 3 Randall 6 inch blade with Heisser Sheath. It' a lovely knife and well ballanced.
