when you get the XDm .45 you should post a review of it. i love my XDm .40 but want to get a .45 after my ar-15 build and im leaning towards a glock 21 but if the XDm .45 is a smooth shooter i might just get that.

Here is my XD9

Latest .44 Special...2" gps with LSWC's at 25yds for now...have only put 50 or so through it. The grips were actually made for my 50th Anniversary .44 Magnum Flat Top Blackhawk but fit this one just fine. I'll leave 'em on this one and build another pair for the the Mag.

My humble collection

I haven't owned guns long... so my collection is not near as impressive as most of yours, but here it is. :o

group17

I'm sorry, group17,

I need to know what that pistola is.
and if Morgo sees this, we need text to go with these beauties.
I like with Playboy, dont just look at the pictures, not first anyways.

Thank You!
now, can I have another.

That, Sir, is the increasingly rare Beretta 9000s. It's Beretta's phenomenal da/sa 9mm compact 12+1. (A few even got made in .40 S&W.)

That Supermag looks awesome!Beautiful revolver.
What kind of ballistics on that round vs. my .454 casull?
Looks pretty close to me in ammo size.

Thanks.:)
From what I've read...in similar gun & barrel length comparisons (much of which was done by John Taffin), the .454 Casull will often push faster, but the .445 SM will hit harder. The .44 .445 & .454 are shown respectively at the right in this shot...

Much of JT's early (mid 80's) .454 Casull testing was done on an earlier 7.5" barrel prototype version of the United Sporting Arms ".454 Magnum" (.454 Casull) like this one...

Having fired both guns, I must say that the felt recoil is noticeably harder with the DW...it's an animal! There's quite a bit of difference in the way a big bore Single Action gun behaves versus a Double Action. Usually, a DA will kick back into your hand harder than a similar SA will.
