I'm trying not to let this get to me. I just do the minimum that I have to. The plan is as soon as they put up the final sub-division of 214 homes and the last house is sold, we will put our house on the market as well and move to a community WITHOUT any of this association c___. At that point, new homes will no longer be available and the value of existing homes will rise. If I try to sell prior to that, I will lose a considerable amount on the house.
