Is Santa bringing you some firepower for Christmas ?

Santa comes on Thanksgiving ...

We have a tradition in my house (started 3 years ago with Gander's open at 4:00pm on Thanksgiving day sale) ... most of the wives and some kids make their plans and do the Black Friday thing. A few of the guys and older kids do our own Black Friday thing. My Christmas present is .45 auto .... bought a Ruger KP345 for $499. :) All the nines are staring at it wondering why it's nose is so big - hehehe.

Santa brought me a CZ61 semi-auto Scorpian from CDNN for only $399.99 today..try to find cheaper....of course I got it for myself....great quality from CZ ..

Ms. Santa (Me) is getting myself a mildly converted Saiga (7.62x39)... so it'll be a Merry Christmas indeed...
Now, my wish list is covered as most of my friends are getting me extra ammo, and rumor has it I'm getting the Mossy Oak Pink camo purse @ BassPro... :D

oh and I'm getting all the furniture on the saiga in a pink reaper skulls design from h20printers

I find the holidays to be the best time to buy firearms, "black friday" is more like "Black-powder Friday." I have found all sorts of good deals around christmas. My "Santa" bought me a German 1940 K98 so my christmas wishes for the year came true.... Just alittle early :D

I get the old " you don't need any more guns, i'm not buying you another gun for Christmas!!!!" Well then I guess it will be something practical again this year= something that I don't want or already have. It would be a shame to actually get me something that I WANT for Christmas.

Maybe the new vaccuum cleaner for her gift will get the idea across.......

^--- I'm in the other boat (luckily). I basically have everything I need and not really to many other wants (the occasional tool, ect). So guns or gun accessories make great x-mas gifts. :)

Walklightly ... big bummer! :( Sorry to hear man.

lol my santa is a teacher and she has convinced herself that if she buys a gun she will be put on the blacklist from any job application she puts in from here on out. I guess its all the same, she would probably get the wrong gun anyway. Santa dosent share my affection for the shooting arts, although she did have a bad dream about someone breaking in and immediately woke me up and made me show her where all of my pistols are. She also said that during the holidays she wants to go to the range and shoot my newest purchase, smith and wesson 1911PD. To be fair she let me join the NRA for a birthday present. I think I have her half way talked into a Kahr PM9 as a tax deduction gift. :)

Me and Ms. Claus went to the LGS yesterday. And even though ive been a little naughty, ive been very nice, So Ms. Claus got me a FNP .45 Tactical in FDE, and now i gotta decide do i go with the tlr-2, or trijicon rmr. I cant wait till this friday. (I get to pick up my FN)

Glad this thread has grown since I posted it , now I can print it all out for Santa [ my wife ] & Santa can get busy getting me a piece or two of gear. :)
On Christmas Morning , I want to look like this  lol

Boy lots of cool stuff in the bag. I guess I've been good this year Santa is getting a few things to drop off here this year! A S&W 22A, a Winchester model 94 and a Browning Hi Power. It been a good year!:D

May have to sell some, actually. Need to buy No 1 daughter a digital SLR camera. Gonna put up my beloved Sig 226/40 S&W. @ the local pawn shop and hope it sells.

You're going to like that 22A. Mine has many thousands of rounds through it and still works great. The 22A is a very solid gun. Lots of fun to shoot too (and you can stick just about anything on the big rail).

Walklightly ... big bummer! Sorry to hear man.

Thank's, just reading things like this seem's to put salt in the wounds. Ohhh, well, hopfully the nest egg comes in next year, and you'll hear about the next cool gun I buy. Thing is, I already have a bunch of cool gun's, maybe a G20 with a 6" Dillon (9x25) barrel with a 1000 virgin shells, or a 7.62x25 Tokarev barrel for my 1911a1 Gov 9mm with a bunch of ammo........:p

Some years ago I purchased my own Santa suit....make pretty good gun money by showing up at parties and homes over the holidays. Guess you could say Santa has been good to me.
