1 5401 RUG LCR 38SP DAO REV B HG 5RD

^ Very nice, mom and brother have those, brother is a LEO who often chooses to off-duty carry the LCR instead of the Glock 27. Smooth-as-butter trigger and nice, tight lockup. I'm generally a terrible shooter with revolvers, but I can consistently bullsye with that LCR.

Nope...Not asking for anything, gun elated or otherwise. Was pretty insistent on it too. All I really have any interest in getting is a new stereo for the truck and I'll pick one myself sometime after the idiot rush. Nothing really left on my "gotta have" list, I'm pretty well finished it. Have had a good couple years behind me - was in the gun a month club for about 2 years and have now seen myself wanting to have a few specifics I have redone (projects) rather than keep adding more. That will be me for myself too.
For me, the best gift I can get is seeing the smiles and joy on my son's face Christmas morning. :):):):):)

Santa bought me..... on my credit card!....an old Alexis .22 revolver(my latest grandchild is named Alexis) and an old european .320 cheaply engraved revolver with a cool looking Griffon moulded into the grips andddd a harmonica action blackpowder rifle made as a movie prop back in 1999. How did Santa know I had been after one of those for years!

Our anniversary, birthdays and Christmas all are within a few months of each other. This year is was surprised with a Vaquero on the anniversary which also counts as Christmas and bday gift. Funny how the same formula does not apply to the wife... I will be getting a lot of gun related stuff from my in laws for Christmas but that's it.

Santa is brining me a leather shoulder holster for my Coonan and some small parts for my newest Marlin (New trigger and a saddle ring)

I'm a little leary of telling Santa what I'd like.

Santa's a great shot and we go to the range together pretty often. But Santa has yet to become immersed enough to be able to make a "sound decision".

I could write it all down ... a list for Santa ... but I might as well just sign my name a couple times on a credit card sales slip as opposed to making a long list.

It's just more efficient that way.

:D

I've been wishing for a high end carry 9 for months, but, errr Santa has nearly worked himself to death on my new home theater. In spite of this, I'm QUITE sure he'll still manage to snag a 9 mil somehow. :D

May require eating crackers for lunch for a while....

Well I talked to Santa direct and I'm getting a Ruger LCP because I've been extra good I'm also getting some parts for a Ruger OM 357 that I'm tuning and refinishing. Bowen front sight and rear target sight, Ruger steel ej housing, and a Power Customs brass 2 piece Colt style grip frame.

Well , it is that time of year to write & send off our letters to Santa & find out if we are on his naughty or nice list ?
Anyone got pow pow wishes for Christmas ?
I have plenty of handguns & rifles , I would like a piece or two of gear though.

No. Neither Santa nor any of Santa's relatives have squat for money this season. Nor many of Santa's friends or acquaintances. Nothing better break in the near future, with Santa's house, car or health, or Santa be hurting.

I may be finagling a minor collection upgrade, but that would be financed by selling or trading off something else.

Yep, I have written the letter, but I'm afraid I'll end up purchasing the Star 30M I want with my own money :o. Will posts pics whenever she's home.

Next week!

I've been stuck at home with a broken foot for a month which means I saved a fortune in gas and tolls.

So when I get back on my feet (hopefully on Friday!) I'm going to go out buy myself something pretty.

I have my eye on a Magnum Research 454 Casull single action hand cannon.

Is it wrong to openly salivate about getting a new BFG?

I got some envy for you, right there. I'm quite taken with the Star I stumbled onto last year about this time.

^ What was that?. Just FYI, there's no reason to envy me . If you happened to come across a good Star unit and you're worried about parts, they're still available. Just let me know what you want, and I'm in touch with the person who's running the only workshop that has Star, Llama and Astra parts ready to be shipped abroad. PM me if there's anything you want, and I'll forward your request to the right person and place, no sweat.

You Bet, Cooper M54 in 260 Remington!
