You guys have me thinking. Local gun store has the Target Bulldog on display. Not sure how old it is though.

You should have gotten the 3" barrel models for a bit more velocity. Most .44 special hollow points don't expand from the 2.5" Pugs.

Mine is loaded with 240 SWCs... No need to expand...

I still carry mine in my coat pocket when it's cold outside. I have the shrouded hammer version, 2.5" barrel.

I took it to the range a couple of weeks back. My friend shot a cylinder out of it and kind of whined about the recoil. I didn't get it. I don't think the recoil is much. Plus, he shoots his 357 LCR regularly.

It sure does put a nice big hole in things!
