I find it interesting and enjoyable to see what kind of guns others would like to see produced, and sharing with others what I'd like to see produced. (And yes, I know we'd all like to be able to buy a phased plasma rifle in the 40 watt range, or a Star Trek phaser, but how about sticking with guns that are currently technologically possible....) ;)

I'll play:
• Marlin 39A lever action in 17 HMR. Henry makes one, but it is a pain to mount a scope on it.
• Also for Marlin to reissue their 336 in 38-55.
• Savage to make a left handed 10FCP HS-Precision in .308. No muzzle brake.
• CZ to make a left handed Safari Series bolt action in 375 H&H.
 
I nearly always give the same answers to this question :D

1) A modern pistol chambered for 7.62x25 (say some sort of Springfield XD model).

2) A box-magazine lever action carbine (a-la Browning BLR) chambered for the same 7.62x25

3) A semi-auto "tommy-gun" (Thompson) replica chambered for .22LR

I'll add in that I'd love a CZ-75 in .40 S&W constructed of Stainless Steel!
 
1. Benelli M1014/M4 with collapsible stock and magazine extension, all factory made in the US to avoid inflated "rare" pricing and importation laws.

2. Re-run of Beretta 92G Centurions with straight dustcovers, no warning label, all metal parts, available in Bruniton AND Inox finishes.

3. A good semi-auto .308 platform like the KAC SR-25 but without the huge price tag. AR or M14 based or even something new, as long as it's crazy accurate, inexpensive, reliable, lightweight.
4. Glock 19 with better ergos (perhaps a HK P30 system), but an over all reduction of grip area with more subtle, and more space inside, finger grooves. Beavertail.
 
1) An affordable, accurate auto pistol in .22 WRM a lot prettier than the Automag II.

2) Re-introduction of an affordable and compact Randall stainless 1911.

3) A Ruger .44 mag carbine with a regular detachable mag and $200 less.

4) Winchester Stainless M70 Compact.

5) A black stainless pump or auto 12 ga. shotgun.

6) Remington M7 or M700 SPS stainless in .250 Savage or .257 Roberts.

7) An 1875 Remington 5 1/2" revolver that could withstand a big magnum.

The one I have always wanted produced is an automatic loading pistol in 30 carbine. Maybe on a 1911/Commander style frame.
I know someone made something in 30 carbine years ago but I have never seen one or found anyone that has it.

A Glock in 7.62x25

Well, now that the cat is out of the bag about me buying cheap guns I guess I can say what I had been thinking.
I don't know if I would like the gun made, or if it's just a feature I like, but I would like if a company would make the RG-26 again. Why? Actually, there's three reasons:
1) The safety. The safety on the other single action striker fired guns have a safety that works in the same manner, which is to say they block the sear from dropping and block the slide from moving. The safety on this just blocks the trigger bar; and with an enlarged hole on the sear actuator bar, it can be loaded and unloaded with the safety on.
2) The back of the frame has tabs that lock into the slide.
3) I know it has been done on other pistols, but I like it: Put the front sight on the barrel, not on the slide.
Okay so make it four: The takedown button is a hook on the frame that catches onto the firing pin guide rod. It wont self field strip, and is easier than a Hi Point to disassemble.
 
I'm not a particularly huge HK fan but...

Semi auto MP7A1... but if HK ever does that they'll probably discombobulate it into some ridiculous looking form like they did with the SL8-6 and USC.

Semi auto MP5 that's actually made by HK.

Not exactly a gun but it would be fantastic if someone would make a quality 5.45x39mm AK mag that cost less than $30. (Pleeeeeeaaaase MagPul :rolleyes::()

Hey, add an accurate and affordable .308 carbine autoloader for hunting/patrol with 16.5 or 18" barrel--before it gets banned!:mad:

Would like to see a 10mm, 5 shot K or L frame with 2 inch barrel.
Also a MSAR bullpup in 10mm, that takes Glock mags.
Single stack Glock in 10mm.

I see a trend here.:D
 
A short barrel Smith Wesson 10xx series!

I believe there was a prototype (1036). 3.5" Barrel 10mm. Would buy one in a heartbeat!
 
Yes, 7.62X25 Tokarev in a modern handgun. I hope some day, it will happen, because I love shooting them out of my 52. CZ that is.:D

I'm (Just a little) surprised nobody has took the leap.



Now were is that piece of billet?
