The last gun show I went to had the metal roof of the building ventilated with a 12 gauge shotgun on the first day.

In Georgia, we have gun shows in multiple locations pretty much every weekend. I hear about negligent discharges about once a month. Somewhat infamously, we have had a couple of fatal injuries, including a child in 2002. Last year a guy cranked a round into his own leg.

If I were a venue owner considering renting space to a gun show organizer, these events would certainly give me pause.

I like gun shows. I like them a lot. I like them enough to not worry whether or not I can carry a loaded gun there. So, I unload my gun, I leave my loaded magazine behind, take the gun with me and just enjoy the show.

Same here, but then I don't go around looking for something to get my panties in a wad about.
