Girl accidently shot at church

Hopefully, it didn't influence him very much. That would mean that he was dropping the mag and relying on it to make a loaded weapon safe.

Why not. Do you think the guy would have been better off relying on his brain to make the loaded weapon safe?

Well you can't cure stupidity. You could make a list of the basic gun safety rules that where violated and resulted in this totaly preventable "accident".

I tend to think stuff does happen at times but this was a totaly stupid deal and a person had to pay for that just for being there.

Rather than passing judgement on the poor souls that were handling the weapon, maybe we should take this as a warning. I would not what to be in the shoes of any one involved on that day. Yes understand what went wrong and LEARN FROM IT, but also know that if you let your guard down, become distracted, or just simply make a bad (wrong) decision you may find yourself "holding the bag".

Prayers going out for everyone effected by the loss of the young lady.

(my post did come out like I wanted)

I can't pass legitimate judgment on someone's mental acuity or quality of training received, especially someone I don't know, but after all, what's between your ears is the ultimate safety.
