I have 2:
Bolt gun: my Model 70, 22-250, med. heavy barrel, sweet trigger!

"Black Gun": S&W M&P 15, my cruiser rifle, my life line!!

Tough question! If I had to choose it would have to be my little Rem Mod 7 in 308 with a Leupold Var III 2.5x8. Not the most accurate or powerful but just a joy to carry thru the woods and hits plenty hard.

I only have five rifles: 30-30 Westernfield, .243 Ruger M77, .280 Remington/Interarms, Model 700 7mm rem mag Sendero, and a Remington Model 700 .308 5R. Favorite? Wow! Do I have to chose?

I am like Paw Paw on page one.
My favorite one is usually the last one I got.

This little AIA carbine is really fun to shoot. Zero recoil with reasonable accuracy.

Toss up - 1894 Win Saddle Ring Carbine .30WCF ca 1917 and a 1944 Inland M1 Carbine. Both reek of history and character, are a joy to handle and shoot as good as (I imagine) they did when new. Of ones I let go but shouldn't have - Win 70 Classic Featherweight in .270.

My favorite hunting rifle is a Ruger M77R in 300WM. In the 40 or so years that I have had it, close to that many deer have been harvested with it along with 9 elk, 2 black bear, 2 brown bear, 1 pronghorn (way to much gun!), a couple of coyotes, and for giggles a few marmots. I have a lot of rifles in quite a few different chamberings, but when I get ready to head out the door for deer, the ruger seems to find its way into my hands.

Boy talk about a moving target. Early on my model 70, later a Henry Big Boy in 44 mag, now a 1894 in 30-30, looking for the next favorite......

It doesn't get used a whole lot, but this is my favorite by a very wide margin. Simply for the stories it could tell.
