Don't mess with the Polk cty. FL Sheriff

Interesting point - to whom?

When Mr. Wilson has someone under his command - friend - coworker - executed in such a heinous manner as was this deputy.

Then he might have something valid to say or perhaps more to the point.

Comparing this situation to any other is invalid - each is unique to it's own set of circumstances, and treated as such.

12-34hom.

How bout that? I agree with 12-34hom.

Maybe a case could be made for the poor little abused perp if he hadn't executed the officer in that way. A serious message to the criminal element has been sent.

I think Mr. Wilson did make a good point, but for an ideal world. It seems like it isn't an ideal system with all the Johnny Chocran types around though...

“That’s all the bullets we had, or we would have shot him more,” Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd told the Orlando Sentinel newspaper.
"That's all the bullets we had, or we would have shot him more," Judd said after autopsy results were released Saturday.

Am I the only one that believes that this was not a stand alone comment but more likely a quote taken out of context.
What is the possibility that the reporter asked what the sheriff considered a naive or stupid question, or a question put in such a way that it offended the sheriff, as to the need to shoot the guy 68 times.

There is more to this comment than has been told.
I doubt seriously that this was the opening line of the after action report press conference

He made the comment immediately after the shooting, in the heat of the moment. It was just bravado. Obviously the cops had more bullets.
